Enjoy the elegant interior of “Villa VaLetiS” in the center of Rovinj. The Restomod house, is equipped with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool filled with salt water; a Finnish sauna; an outside kitchen with a BBQ.
The “Villa VaLetiS”will provide you with exactly what you need - RELAXATION, a proper holidays and an escape from everyday routine. Being next to the sea front with its wonderful beaches; the stunning Nature Reserve“Punta Corrente and being on the door step of the historical the old town of Rovinj, all within easy reach, a 10-minute walk.
The“Villa VaLetiS” offers you a sun-trap, a scent of the citrus and a total relaxation.
Villa VaLetiS is located 300 m from the Police Station, right next to Pineta restaurant, on the righthand side as you drive into Rovinj on the main road towards Pula.
The “Villa” provides a covered parking place for the guests only. The gate to the “Villa” is can be opened remotely. A leisurely 10-minute walk takes you to the old town. All the amenities (Supermarket, cafes, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, dentist, bicycle rental, pet shop and basketball court) are located in the vicinity of 150 m. within a radius of 300 m.
It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk to the nearby beach. I definitely recommend that you explore our unique richly indented coastline, fascinating beaches, Zlati rt Nature Reserve or Punta Corrente, which stretches over 14.5 ha. The entire coastlineof the northern and southern sides of the romantic jewel of Rovinj is connected by sandy paths.
The Villa was complete renovated in October 2023. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the entire Villa. Each room has a separate air conditioner, except for the bathroom. Televisions are installed in the rooms. Rooms can be completely darkened blackened out. The use of a washer-dryer is available. The host has provided washing powder for the first few washes, an ironing board and an iron are also available in the Villa. At the guest's request, a travel cot and a feeder can be provided. The massage pool was built with additional massage pumps, decent lighting and bluetooth sound system was installed. The host offers toweling robes, towels for the sauna and the relaxation zone.
For an extra charge, we can arrange individual massages and yoga treatments, city tours with a guide, panoramic boat trips and bicycle rental. Also, at the guest's request, a breakfast at a certain time and a basket of local fresh fruit and vegetables can be organized for an additional charge.
I believe that the guests will treat things and space as if they were at home, that it was theirs. Lock all doors when leaving. Observe house rules and close windows and doors when cooling or heating the space. In case of storms, please take cover with pillows and deckchairs, blankets. In case of some damage, react and try to clean it, contact the host in case of major damage or problems with things.

Villa VaLetiS is rented for a minimum of 5 nights. Upon arrival, the host introduces the guests to the Villa and explains everything to them, leaves his contact information and helps the guests if they have any requests, requests or questions.
Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to leave a deposit in cash in the amount of 500.00 euros, for any damages that may occur during the stay. The guest is obliged to notify the host of any damage caused, and the damage will be charged from the deposit. If no adverse event occurred, the deposit is returned to the guest upon departure.
