Villa VaLetiS is elegantly furnished and fitted with all the amenities necessary for the perfect holiday experience. The house was renovated in October 2023 and is now available year-round for up to 5 persons.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with a double bed; the fifth bed is in the living room. Each bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom.
The Villa VaLetiS has an indoor and an outdoor saltwater pool and a Finnish sauna. The steam bath and massage pool with extra jets, subtle lightning and a Bluetooth sound system will provide you with a complete wellness experience in the privacy of home. Extras include bath robes, sauna towels and a relax zone.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the lovely summer kitchen and gas barbecue. To provide even more ease and pleasure for your outdoor gatherings, there are deck chairs and an outdoor trampoline, as well as a mini football, hockey and darts play area for the kids.
Villa VaLetiS welcomes guests year-round — integrated floor heating throughout the house guarantees a comfortable stay in the colder months. Each room also has a separate air conditioner and the windows can be fully blacked out.
Our guests are welcome to use a washer-drier, iron and ironing board.
Travel cots and baby highchairs are available on request.
Excellent Location and Easy Access
Villa VaLetiS in Rovinj is in the perfect location — close to the sea and the wonderful beaches, the old city centre and the Punta Corrente Park. All other features and facilities you could need on your holiday are within walking distance.
Restaurants, shops, cafés, pharmacies, bike rentals and sports facilities are all within 150 m, while banks, health centres, bakeries and public transportation are within 300 m. It takes around 15 minutes to reach the nearest beach on foot.

Villa VaLetiS is rented for a minimum of 5 nights. Upon arrival, the host introduces the guests to the Villa and explains everything to them, leaves his contact information and helps the guests if they have any requests, requests or questions.
Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to leave a deposit in cash in the amount of 300.00 euros, for any damages that may occur during the stay. The guest is obliged to notify the host of any damage caused, and the damage will be charged from the deposit. If no adverse event occurred, the deposit is returned to the guest upon departure.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 50% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
